We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for technology.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product information
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Basic understanding of electronics sales
