Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computer systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various sources and input it into computerized databases
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of office systems and procedures

Pay: $22.73 - $25.16 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
