Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Ensure that the store is properly organized and stocked to meet customer demands
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize profitability
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in inventory control techniques to ensure accurate stock levels
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and customer service standards
