Job purpose
The Portal Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining All Care To You’s portal servicing, provider, provider offices, members, as well as others as needed. This position will answer all incoming portal customer service calls providing excellent customer service. This position will work with health care claims, authorizations, referrals, provider contracts, healthcare databases, and provider overall administrative support. This role involves facilitating communication between various departments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the portal to enhance user experience and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator and team player.
Duties and responsibilities
· User Support: Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with the portal, including login problems, navigation assistance, and troubleshooting errors.
· Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to assist users in utilizing the portal effectively.
o Facilitate provider onboarding trainings and readiness assessment meetings.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement changes, and address issues related to the portal system.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the portal system to identify and address any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor portal performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
· Security Compliance: Ensure that the portal system adheres to security standards and protocols to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
· Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement updates or upgrades to the portal system.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve usability, and enhance functionality to optimize the portal experience for users.
· Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of portal-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
· Provider and Vendor data entry adds, changes and updates.
· Eligibility verification and system updates.
· Health plan Annual Wellness form submission and/or review.
· Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
· 1 year healthcare experience required
· 1 year customer service experience
· Proficiency using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Adobe
· Detail oriented and highly organized
· Strong ability to multi-task, project management, and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong ability in problem-solving
· Ability to self-manage, strong time management skills
· Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and Additional Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree
Working conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
