The ideal candidate will be ready to lead a team of tax professionals, as well as drive the continued growth and success of this well established tax practice. Responsibilities include leading a team of tax professionals, and assisting clients and team with tax planning, research and communications in all areas of tax services (including individual, partnership, corporate, trusts and estates).
Job qualifications
- Valid CPA or Enrolled Agent license required
- Seven or more years of comprehensive tax experience within a tax or accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- Demonstrated success in leading professional team
- LaCerte and QuickBooks experience highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in meeting deadlines with a team approach
- Efficient analytical, problem-solving, written and oral skills
Responsibilities
- Successfully lead tax practice associates and administrative personnel
- Research and analyze changes in tax regulation and strategically develop practice skills to meet changing needs
- Develop in-depth understanding of client businesses and help identify needs/opportunities, partner with clients to implement effective solutions
- Prepare Corporate, Partnership, Trust and Individual tax returns

Pay: $110,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
