We are currently seeking a full-time Compliance Manager to join our Corporate Contract Performance Management team. This position is fully remote.
The Compliance Manager works closely with the Director of Contract Performance Management Corp, in the design, development, and implementation of the contract performance management program in assigned contracts. Completes frequent analysis of client and company audit results to identify trends and improve performance measures reducing liquidated damages. Additional, duties include assisting CQI, legal, clinical operations and all departments with a variety of risk management activities to promote improved day-to-day operations of the program through performance improvement initiatives.

Ensures the Director of Contract Performance Management Corp is aware of issues with contract performance requirements of assigned contracts.

Coordinates and oversees contract-specific performance monitoring that includes contract visits to observe and review processes.

Design, implement and improve processes to prevent, detect and respond to compliance issues and concerns related to all federal and state regulatory requirements and contract requirements.
- Directly responsible for assisting CSG, regional/site leadership, CQI grievance, education, and clinical personnel with performance improvement initiatives.

Manages databases monitoring and tracking of all assigned contract related performance requirements including audit scores, sanctions, identifying backlogs, staffing penalties or other operational problems, and results of issues and/or actions taken.

Collaborate with Programs and Clients, where applicable, to maintain/improve customer satisfaction specific to delegated functions and compliance with contract requirement.
- Develops orientation program and training for Regional staff in contract performance management program responsibilities.
to facilitate staff participation in performance measure activities and in promoting staff acceptance of findings and recommendations.

Supervises teams as assigned to monitor processes that will help detect and immediately respond to performance measure concerns before they become a liquidated damage.

Contribute to the development of data management and reporting systems

Monitoring and auditing activities to ensure and maintain compliance as assigned

Develops strong knowledge of Company and client’s policies and procedures and requirements of contract.

Maintain an ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality within the limits of a correctional environment.
- Understand and comply with safety and security rules and regulations of the institutions.

Ensure compliance with all facility and Company policies, Federal and State laws, regulations, and guidelines including HIPAA.
