We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant for a small family business office. The candid will be responsible for AR, AP, Payroll ( outsourced ), attendance recording, bank recs, deposits, cash/credit sales receipts, filing, answering phones, ordering supplies, some HR duties and receptionist duties for low traffic occasional customer, vendor or employee interaction. Candidate should have basic computer skills and have some familiarity with Microsoft Word and E-mailing. Quickbooks experience a plus but not necessary. Excellent organizational skills and dependability required. Training provided for all aspects. Benefits include vac/sick time, 401K full match, holiday pay, bonuses, health insurance, and life insurance. Work week is Monday through Friday no weekends. Hours can be flexible and discussed.
