Administrative and Operations Coordinator - May, 2024
Position with dynamic and innovative team for an Administrative and Operations Coordinator in a fast-paced and fast-growing company. CEU Creations is a small business, - founded by a social worker - providing educational trainings for helping professionals such as social workers, counselors, nurses, and the like. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team to help with operations and administrative needs. BSW also a plus but not necessary). We have had social workers (BSW, unlicensed MSW or social workers wishing to switch out of clinical work), former preschool teachers, substitute teachers and administrative team members that have excelled in this role or similar roles.
What you will be doing…Reporting to our President you will:
· Facilitate (introducing speakers, introducing sponsors, sending attendees to break, welcoming them back etc.) education trainings via Zoom webinars and meetings.
· Assist with planning these trainings – including working with speakers, sponsors, continuing ed. licensure boards and other team members on all aspects of coordinating the training.
· Assist with creating promotional email blasts, flyers, brochures etc.
· Upload training content onto website and learning platform (we use simple technology to do this – we can train you)
· Assist with editing and proofreading.
· Assist the team as needed with administrative and operational duties.
Requirements for the Position:
· Must be extremely organized with great attention to detail.
· Ability to shift gears as needed and work on different projects as needs arise.
· Open to learning new technologies to streamline internal processes.
· Must have strong knowledge of Zoom.
· Comfortable with public speaking as you will be introducing speakers, sponsors etc.
· Self-starter that can take initiative on projects and “run with them.”
· Prior experience with CEs a plus.
· BSW also a plus. We have had social workers (BSW, unlicensed MSW or social workers wishing to switch out of clinical work), former preschool teachers, substitute teachers and administrative team members that have excelled in this role or similar roles.
· Familiarity with Word Press and eLearning platform a plus and/or desire/willingness to learn.
·Knowledge of CANVA a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
