Human Resources Assistant II
Job Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate talent recruitment efforts, specifically managing and posting open jobs, reviewing resumes, setting interview schedules, and following up with candidates.
Keep timely records of employee onboarding, training, and other pertinent information.
Assist in coordinating new staff orientation, including pre-employment drug screens, background checks, initial training requirements, etc.
Coordinate paperwork and scheduling related to benefits enrollment.
Conducts exit interviews with employees; communicate to HR Generalist.
Work with employees who have human resources and employment concerns to ensure each employee’s concerns are addressed in a proper and timely manner.
Maintain the departmental email account, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Assist the HR Generalist with any other business or departmental needs.
Uphold confidentiality of patients and employees at all times.
