```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Planner to join our team. As a Meeting Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, meetings, and conferences. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will ensure the success of each event.
```Responsibilities```
· Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and requirements.
· Develop and execute comprehensive conference plans, including timelines, budgets and logistics
· Source and negotiate with vendors for venues, catering, audio-visual equipment and other necessary services
· Ensure all vendors meet contract terms and meeting quality and service standards
· Coordinate all aspects of conference logistics, including room sets, audio visual layouts, lighting requirements, food & beverage menus, special event requirements, and transportation, just to name a few, while staying in budget
· Work closely with speaker, sponsor and exhibitor departments to ensure smooth participation and all elements are accounted for
· Execute flawless onsite management during conferences, addressing any issues that may arise in a professional manner
· Supervisor vendors to ensure successful implementation of the event/conference
· Conduct post event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
· Provide written reports inclusive of graphs and future recommendations and insights for continued enhancements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proven experience in conference planning and execution
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
