Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and optimizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Train and manage staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
- Oversee banquet events and catering services
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Culinary background is a plus
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Kitchen Management is advantageous
