What will you do?
Office Assistant
1. Providing administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.
2. Assisting with the preparation of real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
3. Maintaining and organizing client files, records, and databases.
4. Coordinating property showings and open houses, including scheduling appointments and sending reminders to clients and agents.
5. Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
6. Working directly with the marketing department and assisting with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials and managing social media accounts.
7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
8. Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
10. Supporting real estate agents and the Director of Operations with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
