Job Overview
Legacy Post Acute Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our family of experienced clinicians. As a PT at Legacy, you will work with patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to help them achieve their goals. Legacy promotes a quality-driven caseload that allows therapists to focus on resident interaction and improvement. Limited group treatments and co-treatments are available but minimized to optimize therapist engagement.
Legacy Post Acute is a family-owned, quality-driven post acute rehabilitation and long term care facility conveniently located just off the 680/Highway 4 interchange.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Physical Therapy license
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: $57.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
