What will I be doing?
- Providing individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and families
- Working with individuals and families in the outpatient office setting, as well as meeting them where they are in the community
- Crisis intervention and treatment planning
- Fully licensed therapists may assist with oversight of clinical service provision for the team

- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Ability to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals
- Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using the internet and Microsoft Word
- Ability to navigate online electronic medical record system (CareLogic)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to function as a member for a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency employees.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Associate or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) not required, but must be license eligible.
- Supervision is provided and required.
