(LESSO America) Customer Service Rep / Receptionist (Full-Time)
About the Job
LESSO America Inc. is a fast-growing company in manufacturing, distributing, and wholesaling the PVC plastic fittings products. We are currently looking for Customer Service Rep to join our team.
Job Objective
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. Processes customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Compensations
- Wage: Starting from $17 ~ $19, depending on experience (DOE)
- Medical Insurance Program (Kaiser Permanente), and Dental + Vision + Life Insurance program (Humana Group), and the employee's insurance premium 100% fully paid by the company.
- Paid Vacation + Sick days + Paid Company Holidays after 90 days of introductory period.
- Full time: Monday - Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders received by email, fax, or EDI. and confirm orders back to customers and/or sales reps within 24 hrs.
- Communicate with customers via phone/email with information about their orders regarding tracking, ETA’s, availability, back orders. Etc.
- Send Pick Lists to proper warehouses for picking orders.
- Offer resolutions to customer conflict/complaints and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide quality customer service and communicate clearly and effectively
- Help provide coverage with the front desk as needed
- Additional duties will include reception desk, invoicing, office supply orders and answering general phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Other duties as required.
General Requirements:
- Ensures that all customer orders are processed timely and accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and work closely with other depts and all company employees
- Provide excellent customer service and work well within a team environment.
- 2 + years customer service experience.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
