Additional Duties:
- Being the Lead Salesperson in any type of situation
- Able to achieve superior product knowledge.
- Ensuring that all store procedures are being performed properly and efficiently.
- Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team
- Establish objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Achieving established goals.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in store sales.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
