Kingsgate Insurance is looking for a motivated individual to become an Administrative Assistant in our Fort Dodge office. This position is our lead receptionist who will greet customers and assist other team members in completing various projects.
High school degree required, a college degree preferred. Previous experience in an office setting is desired for this position, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering & distributing calls within the organization
- Sorting/scanning incoming mail
- Preparing outgoing mailings
- Assisting account managers with data entry
- Assisting customers and staff with billing tasks/questions
Key qualifications:
- Strong working understanding of Microsoft Office products and experience navigating electronic management systems.
- Positive attitude – will be the first person our customers see and/or speak to.
- Good team player – will serve a supportive role to our account managers and sales representatives.
