Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:
· Property & Casualty license is required
· Insurance Sales or Insurance Customer experience is required
· Life & Health license is a plus, will eventually have to obtain
· Microsoft OS experience, must be tech savvy
· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
· Must be motivated and determined
· The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals
· The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed develop insurance quotes, make sales presentation and close sales.
