Job Overview:
As a Marketing Intern, you will be in charge of automating content roll out through platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook, creating articles/ads on our company’s experience and projects, exploring the possibility of AI generated content, creating company-wide emails such as for birthdays/welcomes, creating company branded items and content, and updating our company website. You will also be taking photos for our website and social media as well as headshots for any resumes needed for bigger projects. This job opportunity has the potential to go from an internship into a full-time position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Automate content rollout through platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
· Create articles and ads highlighting company experience and projects.
· Explore the possibility of utilizing AI-generated content for marketing purposes.
· Develop and send company-wide emails for occasions like birthdays and welcomes.
· Design company-branded items and content for promotional purposes.
· Maintain and update the company website with relevant information and content.
· Capture and edit photos for the website, social media, and resumes for larger projects.
· Coordinate and manage headshots for team members as needed.
· Keep all company photos updated and organized in our OneDrive software.
· Coordinate and execute employee incentives through our social media platforms such as monthly employee shout outs, etc., and coordinate with the Executive Team to do so.
· Greet employees and clients upon arrival into the office.
· Answer and direct phone calls as needed.
· Assist in planning and directing any company events.
Skills Required:
· Pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
· Photography experience, including knowledge of camera operation and composition techniques.
· Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro).
· Familiarity with social media platforms and their content management tools.
· Experience in content creation for digital marketing, such as writing articles, designing ads, or creating social media posts.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing content.
· Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
· Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills or technologies.
· Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
· Professionalism and a positive attitude when representing the company to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
