We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support and leverage their experience in lending to assist loan officers, processors and the general team to ensure our strategies align with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, and social media content.
- Coordinate with loan officers to ensure marketing efforts are in line with current lending products and promotions.
- Provide administrative support to loan officers as needed, including document preparation and client communication.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mortgage lending and marketing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience is lending is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage lending industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is an in office position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
