Law Firm Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
- Provide management of Law Firm’s Reception Desk / Conference Room Area
- Manage all conference room scheduling, food ordering, setups, etc..
- Assist Law Firm Management and NOVA with various Administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Exceed quality standards on all tasks while working independently
- Initiate communication and problem solving with regard to client concerns
- Communicate effectively with Law Firm and NOVA Management
Critical Skills:

Professional personal presentation
Strong Computer Skills: Proficient with Outlook, Work and Excel
Customer service oriented
Organizing and planning
Attention to detail
Prerequisites:
Daily access to reliable transportation
Clear status on drug screening and background check
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
