Overview:BroadPath is immediately hiring Virtual Receptionist to work from home! Virtual Receptionist will answer incoming calls, send email correspondences, and manage appointment schedules. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities and be committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction on every call.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from clients, caregivers, and providers and quickly identify the accurate department to transfer the caller to further assistance.
- Due to several call types, it is essential to determine whether the caller requires research in the database system to find a coordinator or if the client or caregiver has an assigned coordinator.
- Callers may require documentation on their profile before the transfer can be completed to the appropriate team, or based on standard operating procedures, you might be required to email the team.
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills include effectively listening, searching, and typing information in the system.
- Ability to navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, enter information accurately, and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
- 1 year call center/care work experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Empathy is highly required as the position handles delicate situations.
- Have solid communication skills (English).
- Ability to build rapport, “chit chat” with ease.
- Emotional intelligence
- Ability to remain calm.
- Strong active listener to pick up on key points during the conversation.
- Must be residing in Metro Manila
- Wired Internet Speed Requirement: 25mbps download | 10mbps upload
Technical in nature:
- Tech savvy
- Adaptability
- Can type/talk at same time.
