Job Summary:
The Project Quality Manager oversees the quality assurance aspects for various projects. They work with other project managers to identify project needs and goals, and ensure timeliness and smooth workflow. They also act as a point of contact for all issues relating to quality management for every project. They ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality system, and help lead teams to address quality management issues. They also develop data collection and measurement procedures to evaluate and facilitate successful Quality and project results.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with project managers and quality assurance team members to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Driving improvements in failure analysis and corrective action programs
- Ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations
- Streamlining processes, managing data, and communicating with customers and staff
- Managing quality planning needs and owning quality plan tracking – ensuring all participants are completing assignments in a timely manner as well as ensuring all steps of the quality plan are being completed according to the schedule
- Investigating deviations and assisting with CAPA plans
- Writing validation/IQOQ protocols for all quality plans that require them as well as other facility projects
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Information Technology, or Project Management
- Certified Associated in Project Management (CAPM) or Equivalent Certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills, leading projects and/or small teams
- 3+ years of Quality and/or Project Management Experience in a regulated (FDA / ISO) manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Management of Project activity, including collaborating and coordinating across various departments and business segments
