Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scanner/Storage Room Organizer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing physical documents and files within our storage facilities, as well as utilizing scanning equipment to digitize documents for efficient record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical documents and files in storage rooms according to established systems and procedures.
- Utilize scanning equipment to digitize documents and records for electronic storage.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Label and categorize digital files appropriately for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of document quantities and locations.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize scanning tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during scanning and storage processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on scanning equipment as needed.

Requirements:
