The Global Learning & Talent Development Coordinator will play an important role in driving and supporting the newly developed global learning strategy for GE HealthCare and supporting the operational aspects of our key talent development programs such as early career. They will provide critical support for the Learning Team to enable successful execution of global learning program initiatives that aid our colleagues in their development. He/she will oversee aspects of coordination, logistics and support for training and/or learning programs. Our global talent development programs help enable our success as an organization. This person will also oversee daily operations for all global talent program such as our globally recognized early career program.

Talent Development Programs Administration- Serve as operations lead for our talent development programs such as early career; oversee aspects of coordination, logistics and support for global talent programs and initiatives. Responsibilities may include reporting, tracking, software and systems management, campus recruitment support and other logistical management.
Learning Program Administration - Serve as program/project manager lead for learning; oversee aspects of coordination, logistics and support for global learning programs and initiatives. Responsibilities may include training event coordination, securing training venues, identifying room requirements, managing registrations, securing and communicating travel and accommodations, ordering needed supplies, planning meals, securing speakers, participant communications, securing needed AV equipment, and vendor management to ensure all needs are met.
General calendar management, including sending calendar invites and maintaining master calendar of all learning events.
Manage learning program agendas, rosters and attendance records.
Partner with vendors to process any needed paperwork, handle any scheduling needs.
Manage learning program communications; keep learning program participants informed.
Other general administration tasks as needed to support the Learning & Development/Talent function.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 year's experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Learning Operations or relevant knowledge and experience; OR GED with minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Proven project management experience
Proficiency in MS Office software
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
Strong time-management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $99,840.00-$149,760.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
