Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of food orders to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and quality of food items before delivering them to the appropriate tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service areas
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant/hospitality industry
