Summary /Objective
The Receptionist is the “face” of the company and sets a welcoming tone for callers and visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and general office support through various related clerical activities.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a courteous, professional manner; screening and directing phone calls
- Greeting, announcing, and directing visitors appropriately
- Accepting deliveries / Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling building access (monitoring logbook)
- Booking and managing conference room calendars
- Additional administrative duties can include ordering supplies, mailings, data entry, and other necessary assignments.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Exceptional speaking and listening abilities
- Organizational skills
- Cooperative, positive, helpful, and courteous
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be reliable.
We are hiring for the following shift: Mon-Fri 1 pm- 6 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
