The Sandi Gentry Team-REMAX Lakeshore is a premier Real Estate Team in Grand Haven, MI. We are looking for a full time administrative professional to join our high producing Real Estate Team. The ideal candidate would be a direct support and assist with all listings, market analysis, manage clientele, submit listing paperwork, provide showing information, give feedback to clients and assist in various day to day task.
Job Duties & Responsiblities include, but are not limited to:
*Assist with all Real Estate Listings by submitting paperwork and contribute towards data entry
*Prepare Comparative Market Analysis
*Update and Provide prompt showing feedback to clients via Phone or Email
*Assist in Various day to day office tasks and general office duties as assigned
*Input data into CRM and maintain Data Base
*Ensure that the proper format policies are followed and recommend revisions
*Answer telephones and respond accordingly
*Implement Past Client Program
Required Qualifications:
*Previous Secretarial Experience
*Data Entry Experience
*Social Media Knowledge and Experience
*Superior Customer Service Skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner within a fast paced enviroment
*Excellent computer skills are essential; microsoft office suite, spreadsheets, presentation software and possibly graphic design programs
*Strong writing skills to contribute towards the creation of brochures, fliers, and property write ups
*Strong attention to detail and high organizational ability
*Positive Attitude, Self Starter, Team player giving 100%
