Seeking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting and organizing ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring: schedules, work hours, budgets, proposals, organizing and ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
The qualified candidate would possess the following:
- Willingness to learn and be hands on.
- Excellent written and phone communication.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and competent in using Microsoft Office applications
Essential functions and responsibilities include the following; other functions may be assigned as well:
- Coordinate and schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Generate electronic work orders, dispatch technicians, and notifies customers.
- Maintain customer interaction/satisfaction by managing concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Review project scope, complete calls, and email paperwork accordingly
- Input service work requirements in job tracking system.
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, maintenance, and HVAC work is preferred, not required
- Bi-Lingual is preferred, not required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
