Ansonia Property Management is an award-winning Chicago-based property management company and has a unique opportunity to join our corporate team in the role of Property Coordinator. Ansonia is seeking a self-motivated individual with expertise in both accounting and on-site residential and/or commercial property operations experience.
The role requires an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner. This individual will need to communicate daily in a professional and courteous manner with residents, tenants, the on-site management teams and the accounting team. Strong organizational skills to prioritize the workload and complete tasks with attention to detail and precision are required.

Responsibilities:
1. Rent collection compliance across the portfolio of residential and commercial sites.
2. Track eviction cases across the portfolio of residential and commercial sites.
3. Statement of Deposit Accounting (SODAs) compliance within the required timeframe.
4. Collaborate with Community Manager(s) to complete the month-end pre-close checklists.
5. Monitor move-in and move-out calendar and ensure Yardi is up to date.
6. Contact vendors for updated Certificates of Insurance.
7. Coordinate monthly market survey process and deliver final results to executive team.
8. Process monthly commissions and quarterly performance bonuses.
9. Return resident inquiry calls and collaborate with Regional Manager(s) on solution.
10. Special projects and/or additional tasks may be required by the Controller, Asset Manager, Regional Manager and/or Director of Operations at any time to meet the needs of the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have 2+ years of Property Operations experience
Must have 2+ years of Accounting experience
Must have experience with Yardi Voyager
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College and/or vocational credentials are strongly preferred.
Must pass a reference and background check
Compensation:
Ranges from $23.07 per hour ($48,000 annualized at 40 hours per week) to $26.44 ($55,000 annualized at 40 hours per week) depending on qualifications and experience. This is a non-exempt hourly position and overtime may be required at peak times.
