Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and strategies to support organizational goals
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems ( SAP, Paylocity)
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with the administration of leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA) and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
- Support strategic planning efforts by providing HR insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP) and payroll software (Paylocity)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
