```Duties```
- Perform POWERSPORTS services and repairs, including but not limited to vehicle maintenance, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration, suspension work, shocks and struts replacement, wheel alignment, tire service, oil changes, and repair estimating.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Follow repair manuals and technical specifications to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge and experience in powersports service and repair.
- Proficient in performing vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Familiarity with BUDS, DIGITAL WRENCH AND KDS systems and calibration procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and repair suspension issues, including shocks and struts replacement.
- Experience in performing wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling.
- Knowledge of tire service procedures, including mounting, balancing, and rotation.
- Familiarity with POWERSPORTS estimating software to provide accurate repair cost estimates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
