Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Description
Chrisbro Hospitality is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the CEO , assisting with implmentation of internal controls and tracking results . Cordination with suppliers and vendors on contruction related projects. Reviewing monthy profit and loss statements and providing observations for opportunities in performance . This position would entail accounting and constructuion background. You woul report directly to the CEO .
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role with accounting and construction managment experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high stress levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high stress levels
- Proficiency in planning and organizing large projects or tasks using time management tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (Required)
