Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for a motivated individual who is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting guests and applicants, and portraying a professional image to the general public.
Hours and Wages:

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Starting wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities:

Directs all incoming calls to the correct department or individual
- Greets and assists visitors and applicants in a professional and friendly manner

Sorts and files various paperwork for departments

Opens and closes front lobby

Takes messages via paper or email for appropriate department or individual
- Updates phone directory

Assists with other projects as needed
Experience and Qualifications:
-
High school Diploma or equivalent required

Clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and handle a large call volume
- Work requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
