Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR & Benefits departments
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and administer benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with HR projects, such as policy development and implementation
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases
- Provide support in employee relations matters
- Assist with training and development initiatives
Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, TalentReef) for data management and reporting
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations is a plus
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
