Position Summary The Family Support Services (FSS)
Coordinator will manage a team of 3-5 Family Support Service Workers (FSS).
FSS Supervisors are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring case loads, benchmarks, case files and relationship management of each case assigned to all FSS workers.
Weekly, the FSS Coordinator will provide weekly supervision and coaching to the FSS worker(s) who assist clients with various needs such as housing, education, substance abuse, job seeking, daycare, medical, mental health, etc.
Position will require some on call if FSS worker(s) may need additional support. This position reports to the CEO . This position will also coordinate and support the program coordinator for FSS in the McKinley Office (some travel may be required, as a team).
Essential Job Functions Responsible for conducting case staffing with FSS includes: Assisting CEO with reports on direct service contacts. Develop relationships with referral organizations. Facilitate and review all potential EDF (Emergency Discretion Funds) request Attend and participate in Bi-Weekly all staffing. Conduct weekly supervision meetings with FSS workers. Provide Parenting Education support Participate in supervisor staffing on a monthly basis. Conducts quality assurance phone calls with FSS clients and participate in occasional field observations. Monitors benchmarks. Prepares for semi and auto audits and weekly supervision with CEO and site supervisor for the Butler location. Other duties as assigned.
Education/Training Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Family and Child Studies, Marriage and Family Studies, or equivalent. Experience Applicants must have a minimum 2 years of Case Management experience. Supervisory experience required. Special Requirements Ability to work flexible hours. Willing to become a trained trainer in the Nurtured Heart Approach Parenting and Motivational Interviewing . Ability to be mobile throughout the community.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
