Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for our Talent Acquisition team.
This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in New York and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you.
Position Overview:
At FreedomCare we pride ourselves on creating awesome candidate experiences at each touch point in the hiring process! The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for owning the candidate and pre-hiring experience by maintaining a clear line of communication between candidates, hiring teams and recruiters. This role will be sure that we are a well-oiled recruiting machine!
Every Day You Will:
- Collaborate effectively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers through the full-cycle recruitment process
- Manage the candidate experience by interfacing with candidates, third-party vendors, and hiring teams to coordinate interview panels, and schedule high volume interviews across multiple platforms
- Leverage the ATS to manage job openings; create interview scorecards and run basic recruiting reports
- Support the offer process by creating and sending offers via ATS, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with Recruiters and People Ops
- Ability to expedite the offer process by preparing and sending offer via Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
- Maintain data integrity within the ATS
- Assist in organizing recruiting campaigns and hiring events
- Continually looking to improve recruitment operational efficiencies by identifying gaps and recommending solutions
- Support processes from pre- to post-hire across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Talent Development and IT
- Other recruiting related projects as assigned
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- 2+ of administrative experience, preferably on a Recruiting or HR team
- Experience with calendar scheduling for multiple people
- Excellent follow-up skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to interact with various levels of candidates and internal hiring teams
- Strong multi-tasking skills and able to anticipate candidate and hiring team needs
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with the proven experience in managing conflicting priorities
- Proven success with high-volume task management
- Experience building basic reports utilizing an ATS and MS Excel
