Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Provide personalized customer service in the store and over the phone
- If necessary, partner with management to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Inform customers of current promotions
- Courteously handle accurate sales, refund, and exchange transactions
- Develop and/or maintain store displays and merchandising
Desired skills and experience:
- 1+ year(s) equine experience
- 1+ year(s) sales experience in a retail environment
- Enthusiasm for horses, pets, and/or farm animals
- Friendly, with excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work at least one weekend day
