Role Overview
The Junior Operations Architect, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, is a key player in our Systems Operations Team. This role is essential for executing our strategic vision, optimizing operational frameworks, and enhancing system efficiency. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong eagerness to learn, a desire to master new systems and methodologies, and exceptional organizational skills.
Functions of the Job
- Project Management: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing team tasks and projects, coordinating individuals and resources across the organization.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Operations Team and other departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Organization: Maintain thorough project documentation, schedules, and reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Learning and Adaptation: Rapidly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Technical Familiarity: While this is not a technical role, familiarity with programming languages, automation-building, webhooks, and APIs is advantageous.

- Technical Appreciation: While not required, familiarity with programming languages, automation-building, webhooks, and APIs is a plus. Familiarity with no-code automation systems (IFTTT, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.) is also beneficial.
- Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and develop creative solutions to operational challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
