We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Medical Receptionist/ Urgent Care to help assist customers during peak visiting hours. The Medical Receptionist / Urgent Care will be the face of our organization, so the ideal candidate will have experience with the public and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Medical Receptionist/Urgent Care will answer multiple phone lines, greet visitors to our organization and offer help where needed. Financial intake pw and data entry. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, completing financial intake paperwork, Data entry
Working hours are
Mon: 7am-3:30pm 30min lunch
Tues :11:00am-7:30pm 30 min lunch
Wed :11:00am -7:30pm 30 min lunch
Thursday: 11:00am-7:30pm 30 min Lunch
Fri: 7am-3:30pm 30 min lunch
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist clients by obtaining information relevant to the Catalyst Life Services, answer phones and direct calls.
- Provide clients with general information about Catalyst Life Services.
- Answer general questions.
- Answer general questions that arise during the course of the workday.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED with course work in office practices and procedures and word processing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid Ohio Driver's license with an acceptable driving record and current vehicle insurance
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the medical scheduling system
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and retrieval
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed

- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a medical setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
