Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Manage office filing systems and maintain documents
- Support office management tasks as needed
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly
- Coordinate order entry processes
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Experience in personal assistant duties and administrative support
- Strong organizational skills for file management and documentation
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
