Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent provides quality customer services to each guest interaction with a high degree of professionalism and friendliness. CSA will also be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls/intercom calls and responding to voicemails/emails; must have a can-do attitude and the ability to assist our Guests in the most professional and friendly manner possible.
Must be able to take direction well and adjust to fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Must be comfortable with using computers and credit card devices. Willing to work both indoors and outdoors in potentially uncomfortable weather conditions, and comfortable working in crowded spaces. Well-groomed with a passion for providing high-level customer service, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Description of Duties:
· Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate services to address their needs.
· Maintain broad knowledge of pricing and promotions.
· Have knowledge of basic mathematics to accurately handle all approved refunds.
· Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while responding to incoming phone calls and intercom calls.
· Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the Guests.
· Clarify customer inquiries; probe for understanding, and use tools/resources to appropriately provide resolution to the Guests.
· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and filing.
· Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
· Performing administrative duties.
· Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Additional related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.54 per hour
