The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Manage web portals to perform customer requests, maintenance, retrieval of information, and posting of data
- Support, prepare, and submit other certifications and other representations for the business
- Maintain customer data and information in centralized area
- Ensure customer information is controlled in accordance with Customer Non-Disclosure requirements
- Perform sales and marketing data analyses and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly metrics (bookings, quotes, etc.)
- Manage vendor survey information. File both the survey and weighted score in the vendor profile and alert purchasing when to perform evaluations
- Creating Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
- Other sales administration tasks as assigned
- Other administrative/marketing support tasks including customer and partner onsite and virtual meeting preparation, event planning and support (e.g., scheduling, meeting room set up, ordering food, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to reach set company goals/quota within allotted time frame
- Strong interest in performing Customer Service functions & supporting Sales teams
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have excellent time management and communication skills
