The Procurement Clerk will perform administrative and clerical duties for the purchasing department.
Essential Functions
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Types of reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents.
- Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
- Establishes and maintains a recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Types of reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents.
- Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
- Establishes and maintains a recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of clerical experience preferred.
- At least one year of Procurement experience.
