The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resource department and other departments as necessary. This position will also be responsible for receptionist duties for the corporate office.
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and parcel packages
- Manage the company cell phone accounts
- Coordinate the company Fleet Management program (DOT responsibilities based on experience)
- Process company apparel and business card orders
- Assist in maintenance of employee files
- Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions as necessary
- Assist with employee benefit administration
- Assist with administrative work assigned by the executive team
- Corporate Office administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Two years of college level course work in business, personnel management, or related field a plus
- Two years of administrative experience
- Experience in Paychex, Microsoft Office products a plus
Additional Skills:
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
- Must be detailed oriented and possess ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility
- Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
