A wholesale/import company based out of Ft Lauderdale looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant.
Requirements:
Must be Computer Savvy
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook Etc)
Minimum of 2 Years Experience in administrative work
Experience in QuickBooks is a Must
Must be fluent in English, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Attention to Detail is Key
Must Have Reliable Means of Transportation
Daily Tasks:
Answer Calls
Daily Reports
Invoicing, Entering Data, Filing, Updating Client Info, taking orders, dealing with costumers.
Processing UPS/USPS/FEDEX Shipments
Accounts Receivables: Calls and Emails
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
