The Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing clinical evaluation, assessment consultation and education to children and families birth to three years of age. Services are provided in the home to children who are developmentally delayed or at risk (biologically) for delays.
The Kona Child Development Program consists of multidisciplinary team including a physical therapist, occupational therapist, special educator, care coordinators and the Program Manager. Our team works collaboratively using trans-disciplinary methodology to plan, implement, evaluate and determine appropriate strategies for children and their families. Staff works closely to support and educate families to support the development of their child.
Requirements:
M.S. in Speech/Language Pathology and eligibility for certificate of clinical competence: Hawaii State license required.
At least one year working with infants, toddlers, and their families.
Experience with pediatric evaluation, assessment, therapy, and documentation.
Ability to travel long distances throughout the island.

Salary: $60,000-$75,000
