Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to email/text inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide an upbeat, reassuring experience
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information, schedule maintenance calls, and follow ups
- Maintain accurate customer records by entering data into the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred to assist Spanish-speaking customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
