We are excited to be growing our manufacturing team and currently looking for production packaging team members who want to help us get our delicious snacks into the hands of people all over the country- faster and better than anyone else. As a Production Packaging Specialist, you will help make sure our finished products coming off the line are inspected to meet only the highest of standards and then transport them from the production area to the staging area where they will make their way to store shelves, homes, and even airplanes!

What does a day in the life as a Production Packaging Specialist look like?
Well, it will be a little bit different each day!
- Assisting in production line set up
- Making or forming correct product boxes and/or stock packaging materials
- Stocking area with product
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and CGMP
- Packaging product into correct containers
- Ensuring quality and conformity of filled or packaged products
- Stacking finished packaged items, cartons, or containers onto pallets/skids
- Attaching identification labels to finished packaged items
- Using power-assisted pallet jack to moves finished product to staging area
- Counting and recording finished/rejected items into computer
- Sealing and palletizing boxes
What is Required?
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
- Ability to work (4) 12-hour shifts per week (Sun- Wed or Wed- Sat)
- Ability to work the following hours: Days: 6:00AM - 6:30PM or Nights: 6:00PM - 6:30AM
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 35 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend, and execute required safety protocols, instructions, and training in English
- Ability to read and write numbers, letters, and comprehend packaging instructions
- Ability to perform tasks with manual dexterity
- Ability to meet regular, predictable, and reliable attendance requirements at the assigned work location for the entire shift with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures, from hot to cold
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in food production or food processing
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to food packaging
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
