Position Overview: Fast Lane Consulting and Education Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Services Coordinator. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support to the Services department, focusing on processing registrations, generating reports, and maintaining accurate data in our CRM tool, EMAN.
This role is 100% remote from anywhere in the United States and is 30 hours per week ongoing. The pay rate is $20.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:

Process Registrations:

Receive and process registrations for various services offered by the company.

Ensure all registration information is accurate and complete.

Communicate with clients to confirm registration details and provide necessary assistance.

Generate Reports:

Pull multiple reports from various databases and systems as requested by management.

Compile and organize data to generate accurate and timely reports.

Assist in analyzing report data to identify trends and patterns.

Data Entry in EMAN:

Enter registration information and other relevant data into EMAN, our CRM tool.

Maintain database integrity by ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Regularly update and maintain client records within EMAN.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the Services department as needed.

Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing paperwork.

Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative support or data entry roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
